Do not format the microSD card or run multiple error-correction cycles on it until you have created a full image or copied all readable data. First, connect the card to a computer via a reliable card reader, make several copies of the file, and compare their checksums or sizes; also check any cloud backups of your mobile Excel files.
Try opening the most complete copy in desktop Excel using "Open and Repair" or in LibreOffice Calc.
If the document cannot be read, open it and repair it using the Excel Repair Kit on Windows, then save the recovered data to a new XLSX workbook on a functional drive.
If you don't have a computer, transfer the file you've already copied to the tablet's internal storage, upload it to the cloud service www.excel.repair, and download the recovered XLSX file without processing it directly from the faulty card.
